Lynnelle King has served as the ldaho Breastfeeding Coalition (IBC) Chair since 2019. Lynnelle is the owner of Family Seasons where she specializes in Advanced Lactation, Pediatric Craniosacral Therapy and Positive Discipline. As an IBCLC, she offers a cozy private practice experience in her office or in the comfort of your own home via visits delivered by TeleheaHealth.

 

Lynnelle said this of breastfeeding her own children  “No matter how much I thought I knew, I learned something new about breastfeeding with every baby.  After every birth, giving each infant the space to 'Figure it out with me' was crucial and each baby had a different issue that needed attention, correction or nurture. From blisters, sleepy babies, twins, cleft lip, low birth weight, tandem nursing, lots of tears and blissful moments, breastfeeding 8 children held a huge piece of my Iife in its season'  

 

Her experience and Formal education in the field of Lactation began as a La Leche League member and La Leche League Leader in Corvallis, Or, and then Meridian and Boise, ID.  

 

Lynnelle has supported hundreds of families in their breastfeeding journey. She has been creative in the approach by opening up her time and schedule for Momma Circles. This support group is free to any and all participants, paid directly from Lynnelle's own pocket. This service has helped numerous moms process their transition into motherhood or into life with multiples. When it comes to leadership, for one, she IS the head of IBC. Secondly, she has brought on 2 more IBCLC's into her private practice and helped them transition into unique personalized care for each family. As well as allowing 2-3 more students who are going  for their IBCLC and mentoring them on how to get there and allowing shadow hours (and more hours!) She is kind and gentle, but a fiery soul who wants to help anyone in need. Such a STRONG woman!
